Simon is fantastic as a PT, after a 6/7 year hiatus from exercise and ballooning up to 133kg he started somewhat gently when I mentioned that I tend to go 'all-in' and then injure myself and give up.
He quickly realised that I was (typically) just selling myself short and ramped-up the workouts a little more quickly than initially planned.
Food is the biggest part of it all though, and with Simon's guidance on macros I'm now making far better choices and scrutinising what I eat and drink more than I ever have done.
He's got a wicked sense of humour too - can not recommend him highly enough!

I’ve been training with Simon for 4 years now. Initially I set out to lose weight and thanks to his advice and our sessions, lost 20kg in 4 months.
Since then my goals change fairly regularly and I like to keep things interesting. I’ve gone through phases of really wanting to focus on cardio and speed, to ‘looking good’, to wanting to build upper body muscle. Simon adapts to what I want to achieve, whilst offering sound advice and guidance and encouraging me to focus on what I really need as well as what I want.
I’m a busy professional and father. I have standing sessions with Simon but I need the flexibility to change those at reasonable notice, and that’s what Simon gives me.
I know I can find PT for less money. But the personalised and tailored service combined with flexibility, and my own experience of proven results means I am comfortable that I’m getting very good value. Having started as an overweight unfit guy who barely exercised to now being pretty fit, I can advocate that Simon can help you whatever your current situation and goals, and will continuously help you achieve what you want to as your goals change and develop.
