My approach is to customize every part of each session and program to each individual client and build around your lifestyle and help you have success that is long term. One of my favorite parts about what I do is helping teach people about nutrition and the proper way to work out to achieve the absolute best results. One day at a time, we build consistency together with accountability and motivation, until we make every dream you have a reality!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
My approach is all about consistency, sustainability, and truly learning about nutrition and the proper way to work out. If you want results, it will take work, and I will be there with you every step of the way! I love coming along side of clients and helping build a relationship, one with trust and expectation of success!
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the people! I love that I get to meet so many amazing people and see them experience the exhilaration of a goal accomplished. I love seeing people truly learn to love fitness as a lifestyle and make it lasting. I am truly blessed to live my passion every day!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have loved fitness since I was a teenager, and now for 15 years! I have always wanted to bring my passion to my city. There’s nothing else I have ever wanted to do other than be a full-time trainer, and help build a more fit and healthy city here in Grand Rapids!

Yes! I do virtual training via zoom, Instagram live or FaceTime, we use the resources you have right where you are and I instruct and guide you through each work out, making your goals attainable no matter your situation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are able to do remote training for those interested.
Personal Training
In person 1 on 1 or couples training! We will go through workouts together and work on form and technique.
Virtual Training
Using Zoom, Facetime or Instagram live I take you Through the work out utilizing the resources you have! We go through the work out step-by-step, demonstrating form and technique for optimal results.
Online Fitness Coaching
I put together a full customized workout program and meal plan design specifically for your goals, resources, and schedule. We build a program around what you have available and foods you enjoy. Within progress weekly with accountability check ins and progressions!
Fitness Competition Prep
I will guide you through every step and detail of a competition prep, including Men’s Physique, Women’s Bikini, Figure, Bodybuilding and more. We build all the way to peak week where I work with you to dial in every detail, macros, meals, timing, posing, your tan, supplements and training to bring out your best look on stage!
