I am a Consultant Psychiatrist working in General Adult Psychiatry full time within the NHS for the last 15 years. I am a qualified psychiatrist and specialise in medication management of psychiatric conditions but I have also been trained in various psychological treatments like CBT, schema focussed therapy and analytical therapy. I am hence able to work in a holistic way in managing and treating psychiatric disorders. I specialise in treatment of Depression, Anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive disorders, Post traumatic stress disorders, Eating disorders, Early onset dementia’s, psychiatric manifestations of medical or neurological disorders, Personality disorders, ADHD, Bipolar disorder and Schizophrenia. I am also the Tutor and Specialty Lead for Psychiatry for middle tier doctors across the Eastern Region. I do have other roles in the Eastern Deanery and local Senate.
