Best food truck roaming the streets of Vegas right now. I'm vegan and I love how they include everyone's diet when making their menu. They change it often and I've been lucky enough to try each new dish I can. Currently, my go to is the stir fry noodle dish always! So fucking good, tons of flavor and spice. How the fuck are noodles that good? This business is always moving forward and that's what I feel is best about Prisma, they care about their customers and always manage to make creative dishes for everyone to get together and enjoy. Yo this place is fuckin smackin man....i ordered the Barbacoa Sandwich and that shit literally had so much flavor from every single thing that was in it. There was really no wasted ingredient when it came to flavor and every ingredient in that sandwich brought out their own and complimented other flavors. That sandwich was so good i had to order two. The Acai Popsicle was excellent as well and provided this herbal/earthy flavor with the sweet and fruitiness of the acai. Try this place out if you near it or seek it out if you must...this place is a as good as it gets not only for food trucks but for fast casual restaurants in Las Vegas... More...

My first experience with the Prisma Food Truck was at the Indian food Festival and let me tell you it's was fire . The style of food is new American and this event they had a fusion of Indian flavor. My friends and I purchased everything on their menu. We started off with their version of potstickers. Their masala gyoza was packed of flavor and came along with a  bomb mint chutney. Very satisfying and flavorful. Indian flavors in a classic Chinese potsticker. Brilliant dude..... Then came along the chicken nuggets with a side of their raiti sauce. It was crispy, flavorful, juicy!!! Bomb ass well, butcomes our entree. Honestly it gets better. Their Haka noodles (oh man one of my favorite dish I had) it's a stir fry noodle packed with flavor topped with a fried egg. Then comes the veggie burger  it was bomb.com. The patty was golden and crispy. It was a beet and potato patty with and Panko crust that was topped with a mint slaw, sandwich between a bun with a sweet tangy tamarind sauce. My favorite!!! Lastly we got the popsicle! Oh it was so refreshing! Acai popsicle dipped in some sort of condensed milk and coated in a coconut and cardamon. Oh man  deliciousness! Overall really good!
