Fantastic, fun, reliable, energetic! The positive difference they have made to mine and Eddie's life (Eddie is my little dog) is very difficult to quantify! Eddie is so excited to see them every day and enjoys the adventure with his new friends (human and dog) and has very contented long naps when he gets home. Princess and the Pets are now part of my family, I have no idea how I coped beforehand, and I plan to never have to cope without them again. Keep up the excellent work! More...

These guys are amazing! We have a Staffie X Fox terrier who is a ball of energy! He was terrible on his lead anytime we walked him. Since he joined princess and the pets he is much better behaved, and easier on the lead. A great company, trustworthy and fab value. We have used them for dog sitting while we have gone away and I honestly think our dog loves them more haha!! 5 stars ✨ More...

I met Lianne, who runs Princess and the Pets, while out walking my own dog one day when I wasn't at work. She was walking her clients' dogs and I was struck by how happy they all were (Lianne just as much as the dogs! ). I approached her to ask if she was a professional walker. I had begun to feel concerned that my previous walker wasn't the right 'fit' for my dog. She usually gets really excited to go out for walks but I had been off work for a while at that time and noticed that she didn't get excited about being picked up for her lunchtime walk at all. She would walk away from the walker rather than desperately bouncing around trying to get into her walking collar. This just isn't the happy dog I know and not nice to see.

All the dogs with Lianne were clearly happy to be out with her and I could see Lianne playing with them and having a great time herself too. When we got talking, I also liked her warm personality from the get go and that she's a quirky character who laughs a lot and takes a lot of enjoyment from life. I took her card and said I would have a think about whether to switch and get in touch.

Not long after, I decided to move my girl to Lianne - and she's been noticeably happier since.

Lianne has been so easy to work with on all this. Her system is all managed online so you can request and cancel services with ease. She's also massively flexible and has been able to adapt to short notice changes - my job can be a bit unpredictable so this is really appreciated and takes a lot of stress out for me.

I can't rate Princess and the Pets highly enough, definitely a 5 star service! More...
