I haven't even started training with Emma yet, but have already learnt a lot of incredibly useful information about both training and food consumption, through both her Instagram account and blog. I started working with Emma only recently but have to say she has already had a massive impact. She is incredibly dedicated and passionate about fitness and is happy to support you beyond just your sessions with advice around nutrition or just to keep you motivated!

I have been working with Emma for 3 months now and can't rate her highly enough. Emma very quickly established what would and wouldnt work for me, and tailored a plan to keep me interested and motivated. Emma took the time to get to know me and always shows a genuine interest in my progress. I have had some amazing results so far and can finally say I enjoy exercise. I absolutely love training with Emma. She pushes me in every session and adapts the workouts to target the areas I want to work on. She goes completely above and beyond as a trainer and has helped me to change the way I think about food and my lifestyle. She's unbelievably supportive and with you every step of the way!

With Emma you get so much more than just a personal trainer she's helped me with all aspects of my life from fitness to work to relationships! Since I've started training with Emma i've felt so much more confident, happy and excited for the future! I really cannot recommend Emma enough!

Having Emma as my Personal Trainer has been awesome. I totally did not have the right mindset when it came to exercise and Emma has absolutely helped change that. My confidence has come over leaps and bounds and when it comes to using the gym and the equipment I am no longer self conscious. I seem to understand so much more about technique/form etc, and she keeps our training fresh with variety and new challenges. I would say I have hugely benefited by Emma's style of firm but fair with an abundance of encouragement and support. When it comes to food, the additional support of help with nutrition, portion control and monitoring has been invaluable. If you need to get well on your way with the help of a Personal Trainer I would highly recommend Prince Personal Training, as I am fitter, toner and continue to lose weight through her program and service. Absolutely amazing personal trainer. I was dreading the whole experience but Emma made the transition a pleasurable experience from day one. She has been helping me achieve my goals every step of the way including text messages encouraging my progress. Considering I was dreading the whole fitness experience Emma has turned it into a enjoyable one whilst helping with my fitness. A amazing Personal Trainer and a amazing person who is dedicated to helping her clients. From providing clients with diet tips and coaching them through 'bad days' to reviewing menus when they go out for dinner, I provide 24/7 support to all of those who train with me. It doesn't matter if you see me once a week, or 5 times a week, you will never find yourself alone in reaching your health and fitness goals.

There's no secret. Everybody is built differently but one thing remains the same for all of us... persistence and consistency is key. Progress is slow but it is well worth it when you reach your goals.
