We needed a quick replacement for a condemned boiler as we were about to put our house on the market. Their surveyor fitted us in at the end of his day and we quickly had a competitive quote with the boiler installed 8 days later. The fitters arrived at the promised time and worked with a very positive attitude to solve a problem with the flue arrangement and completed the installation within the day. Prime Time Boilers is so speedy and so professional. I came home from a long vacation to find a dead, leaking boiler. Not only did they send a rep to look at it within an hour, they were able to change out the boiler first thing the next morning - less than a 24 hour turnaround. These guys are amazing!

Very professional operation. They were very responsive to emails and initial request. We ended up hiring Prime Time Boilers to do the work due to his responsiveness and professionalism.
They were very honest and kept to their original quote. They also used a padded blanket so our floors did not get damaged or dirty. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prime Time Boilers to anybody who needs a new boiler / heating / plumbing services. Primetime installed a new combi boiler and moved the location to the kitchen in order to get rid of an old system boiler. John and Gulam were really helpful in also moving the pipes and explaining the system and were really accommodating throughout all the work. Would definitely recommend.
