I have been attending prime health clinic for 7 weeks. So far my stomach has become noticeablyFlatter.som people have made remarks . With a very good advice on diet and exercise I have lost a ston oe in weight. I am also having a face lift treatment. It has made quite a difference after a few. Still have few to go. i went in to prime health after being recommended by a friend to seek advice on consistent back pain. I was adviced to have a health scan which i did, I received 115 pages in depth report via email. I was also advised to follow a certain exercise and diet as well as attending the clinic for 12 lymphatic drainage treatments after excellent treatment, excellent advice and excellent after care i have no more back pain. I have been twice now for Lipo cavitation and I have noticed a difference toMy stubborn belly fat. This is a course that is affordable and works! The staff is knowledgable and I’ve walked out of there both times feeling like I know a bit more about the body than before. I was treated to this as a birthday gift from a friend and we went together. It was sold as a neck, shoulder and back massage, but it wasn't a conventional one. Me personally I believe that you see more of a benefit from what Zahid gave us. It was deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and massage, which is very good for getting things flowing again. Some of the treatment was hands on massage, and some was given using various machines. Communication as to what to expect could have been better, which is why I'm knocking off a star. It was sold as neck, shoulder and back, but you received something different, although it was better, I think it should have been made clearer before we started the session. Im having a course of lipo cavitation to smooth out the lumps & bumps on my tummy, after just 6 treatments the results are clearly obvious. As with any stubborn tummy treatments it's all down to what you eat and how much you exercise and Zahid is a health expert and provides you with all the necessary advice you need to support your end goal.Try it, you wont get miracles after just a couple of treatments so be prepared to do the full course (12 is recommended but I've seen a difference after just 6). I have had 2 sessions of lymphatic drainage. It is true that there is no hands on massage, there isn't meant to be, nevertheless i found the treatment excellent and much deeper than the hands on massage. I have spondylosis in my neck and after the fist session I could turn my head 50% more. I also have arthritic knees and had the same result with those. more mobility and less pain. On my first visit I wasn't so sure. Within 20 min of my visit I felt so relaxed, this was due to both the treatment and the person doing it. Making me feel relaxed and informing me along the way.I had 6 treatments to help me with sciatica and shoulder problems.The shoulder problems are still there but it has helped with my sciatica problems.I will be returning again in the future.
