Liz & Hannah looked after my dalmatian Milo so well today, making sure that he was welcomed and constantly giving him cuddles! Today I went for a lovely spa day at Prima Donna Pets with my big bro Duke we had a lovely bath and hair cut. Duke gets so excited about the hairdryer when we go he is so scatty and hyper. Liz looks after us so well and understands all our individual needs. Thank you Liz we cant wait to come back and be pampered. Took my dog Tilly to Prima Donna Pets the few years. The owner always made Tilly feel special I could leave Tilly without ant worries. looked beautiful and happy when she was collected she was either wearing something Liz had made a scarf etc. I didn't mind the drive from UPMINSTER as was lovely knowing Tilly was happy many thanks Liz More...

Liz was recommended to me by a friend so took Reggie to her last month for nail cut, he'd previously been (elsewhere )and they'd clipped too short and he was limping for a week so when he needed to get a claw cut he was so nervous he shook. Liz was so patient and kind she got down on the floor and clipped him whilst mum and i held him and we left happy. Today I booked for his first coat trim, nails and ears and he was absolutely fine from the minute he got there to when he came out all neat and tidy, smelling great. I left it up to Liz as to what cut he had and it's lovely nice and neat but still looking like himself. Liz and the other groomer are really professional, patient (which is a must) and really kind. I would recommend them to anyone thanks doing a great job and making Reggie feel at home. More...

My dog Buzz has visited twice for some pampering . Nails cut. Ear hair removed . Bathed, massaged and dried . (Even anul glands ! )
He comes out smelling fantastic and feeling good . He actually struts ! It will now be a monthly treat for him.

Amazing groomers, wouldn't take Oscar anywhere else after finding Prima Donna Pets! I know he's well looked after and comes out one seriously pampered pooch!
