Recently used the dry cleaning service in Dunfermline and customer service was great. There was an issue with the units internet/banking connection the day I went to collect my coat so despite not being able to pay I still was able to collect the coat I needed and return at my convenience the following week to pay. Excellent service

We have never sent our ironing out before but due to the tempo of our lives at the moment we are meeting ourselves coming backwards ! !
The driver picked our ironing up at short notice (which we abandoned outside as we had to dash out) and returned it to us 48hrs later all very well ironed. Really happy with the service we received.
Would possibly like the option not to have the wrap over the items but that doesn't deter from the rating as this is a personal view on a professional service. More...
