I wish there was an option to give these guys more than 5*s. Premier Crew recently did the catering for my wedding. From start to finish they were AMAZING and I couldn't recommend them enough. The fantastic Holly was our main point of contact - she made the whole experience fun and ensured everything was exactly how we wanted it (including added little hearts to our desserts :D ). We were a large wedding (approx. 130 people) with guests with various dietary requirements and allergies and they handled it like pros. The food was all served quickly and presented beautifully. The canapes were perfect - I especially loved the cheese and walnut one! For starters we had soup or goats cheese in puff pastry with roasted veg. Mains we had chicken or beef cooked perfectly or a vegan wellington. Desserts we had chocolate brownie or lemon posset. Premier Crew staff serving were friendly and professional. Lucy did a fab job on the day too and thanks to Naomi for her help just before the wedding. Premier Crew were efficient and organised and if it hadn't been for them, the wedding would not have run as smoothly. We seriously can't thank you guys enough xxx More...

We got married at That Amazing Place Saurday just gone. Sarah and the Premier Crew team were absolutley fantastic! We had canapés while photos were being done. We had the Churrusco for our wedding breakfast and that was amazing. No-one was left hungry! Salads were topped up and we were offered more than once if we would like more! A few of the kiddies didn't really want it so a crew member was asked if they could have some toast and they went away and done some for them. Nothing was too much trouble at all! The selection of desserts on the dessert stand were a hit aswel. Even down to the slices of cake put out on trays and the mini takeaways. Thankyou guys so much. Premier Crew.... amazing! Fabulous team, professional and the food was delicious! I approached Naomi PittRoche about potentially catering for my 40th Birthday Party.
... I wanted something a little different ... easy food, simple, impressive and something that my guests will remember. We discussed a few options and I decided to go with Pizza! Barry and Dan came to set up the gazebos and the wood fire pizza oven in my garden the day before the party so that they were ready to start on the day. When my guests arrived and I explained what they were going to be fed and how, they all got very excited! Barry came bang on time, fired up the oven and started serving pizzas. We agreed in advance the toppings that were on offer so we could ensure the vegetarian and meat eating guests were all satisfied. Well...what can I say....! As soon as the pizzas started flowing, my guests started indulging! Everyone was super impressed ... Everyone had some.....Everyone loved it!
The party was a huge success and the woodfire pizza went down a storm! Thank you so much to everyone at Premier Crew who was involved....and an extra massive thank you to Barry who made the pizzas on the night .... despite standing out in the cold, he was upbeat and friendly to all my guests....AND of course he consistantly made delicious pizzas for all!

We got married at That Amazing Place at the end of October and we both have nothing but positive feedback to give, our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for and that never would have been possible without Sarah and Premier Crew.
I am someone that is usually such a control freak but I had complete faith in Sarah, she was so organised and knew exactly what we wanted and she came and updated me throughout the day when needed. We received so many compliments on the day and after about how amazing all of the food was with many saying it was the best they had ever had at a wedding. Everyone was especially in love with the white chocolate cheesecake which I think I could happily eat everyday for the rest of my life! All of the canapes were beautiful and the pizza and fish and chips cones were such a hit during the evening! Everything truly was fabulous and we didn't have to worry about anything the whole day!
We know that Sarah and the team didn't just help with the food, they also helped with setting up the venue too! Everything looked stunning and just as we imagined, we really cannot thank Premier Crew enough and we will be singing your praises whenever we can!!!!

We had Canapés, followed by Afternoon Tea and an evening Hog Roast style buffet for our wedding by Premier Crew and everything was delicious. All our guests commented on how lovely all the food was and we completely agreed! Everything was presented well and tasted amazing and there was plenty to go around. We are both very foody people and have been disappointed by wedding food so we were very picky when choosing our caterers but Premier Crew did not disappoint. From the moment we met Sarah for our wedding breakfast tasting, we loved her! And we knew that the food and service on our special day would be impeccable.
Our wedding took place last Saturday at That Amazing Place. Everything about the day was incredible and that included the food and the staff at Premier Crew. So many of our guests commented on how excellent the food and service was and we can’t thank Sarah and her team enough for helping to make our day so so special.

Now that the dust has settled and we’ve been newlyweds for a week I wanted to say what a wonderful day Sarah and her team provided for our wedding day last Friday.
The food was phenomenal and the service was spectacular! Our friends and family are still going on about the delicious meal and how seamlessly everything ran throughout the day! Sarah was a huge part of keeping me relaxed as I had complete confidence that she had everything in hand!

Natalie and her Crew catered my sons wedding at Ingatestone Hall last September. We were all blown away at the excellence service they gave. Nothing was to much trouble, their attention too detail incredible, the food was outstanding. When I got married in July this year at Hylands house, which is the perfect venue for a civil wedding, we got in touch with Natalie at Premier Crew immediately.
