Thank you so much for a wonderful service. Extremely impressed!We have gone with another airport transfer company for many years but the price kept going up and up and it was getting expensive . Unfortunately this gave us no option but to look for an alternative company. Found Premier Airport Cars and the price was fantastic. We could not believe the price and the reviews were excellent so we booked. Everything was so professional. We received a text and email with the drivers name and car registration and pick up time and all the details. On the day of departure I received a text to say our driver was outside waiting. We had Steve take us to the Clayton Hotel at Manchester Airport.I had my wheelchair with me .He was such a lovely guy. So friendly and had a great chat. He helped my husband with the cases when we got to the Clayton Hotel..Thanks Steve. Much appreciated.Was lovely meeting you. On return we received a text a day or so before to give our pick up details and drivers name Richard and car registration. When we landed I had a text to say he was waiting at the streetcars desk area in arrivals at Manchester Airport. He was so friendly and again very helpful with our cases.Had a good laugh on the way home. It was lovely to meet you Richard. Lovely guy!Please do not hesitate to book this company as they are fantastic. Highly recommend them. The price cannot be beaten and the drivers are super friendly and helpful. I can not praise this company enough. Very professional from the beginning to the end. Simple booking process to start with. Regular updates to keep you informed. Name of driver and vehicle description sent 24 hours before journey. We had a guy called Richard for our departure day and a guy called Andy for our return and both were very professional and friendly. Nothing to much trouble and both helped with our cases from House to car . Andy even asked if we needed to call for milk on way home as it was late . Very thoughtful. I have used Premier Airport Cars 3 times, Manchester, East Midlands and Heathrow Airports. Excellent service on all occasions. Knowing I have this company booked, the worry of travelling is taken away. Always kept informed of who will be driving on the day etc. Drivers are very helpful and friendly. We were picked up by Andy very late Tuesday/early Wednesday. Our flight was delayed by an hour or so but all was well. Received a text instructing us to let Andy know when we'd collected bags and he'd arrange a meeting place. First time using Premier Airport Cars for Manchester Airport so the usual nerves of will they turn up etc.... no worries there, from booking we were kept up to date with email confirmations, time of pick up, driver details, car etc so perfect there. Received a call from Steve our driver before pick up...lovely bloke with nice clean comfy car, nice smooth journey and telling us details of being picked up for return journey, dropped off with plenty of time to spare.Received details of driver and car before arrival at airport...
