PRC Roofing LLC

Our roof needed to be replaced. Two of our friends had good experience with PRC Roofing LLC, and they recommended the company. I called PRC Roofing in early May, and the owner, Nazaire, came to our house to talk about the project. We requested him to replace the fan in the bathroom because it did not work well. Nazaire gave us the total project cost two days later. We accepted it.

The Saturday before the work started, Nazaire came to work on the bathroom fan. He chose a modern model with a LED light. The new fan makes the bathroom look more contemporary. The work was not trivial but Nazaire and one of his foremen did an excellent job.

The other foreman Miguee Junior and the crew did a very good job on the new roof They installed new skylights, new pipe boots and vents, new vent for the kitchen fan, and other items. The chimney was coated and sealed with waterproofing. Workmanship is excellent.

Although PRC Roofing does not install gutter, I realize they did some work on the gutter to make the system work better. They also cleaned up the gutter and the gutter drains.

We are really happy with or experience with PRC Roofing. We had a lot of work done to our house last summer and saw a lot of contractors - and this is the company that stands out beyond the rest and deserves an outstanding review. It turned out that they were over scheduled as a job went longer than expected, so the owner himself came out and did all of the prep work without his crew, including setting and replacing vents and flashing, just so that they would honor all their time commitments.
