I can't recommend Go Heath and Fitness high enough, Jennie delivers a full fitness service from nutrition through to personalised exercise packages, which was perfect for me. It is her attention to detail and personal approach, including follow up, that made all the difference, which meant we could achieve remote training via skype which was brilliant. Jennie does all types of training from groups to tailored 1-2-1 sessions, so there is something for everyone. I really benefitted from her Kettlebell training, and thoroughly recommend it! More...

Ditto the above. Jennie so wants people to feel good about themselves and will go to any length to help them. She has helped me with advise on diet, exercise and lifestyle which has all helped me so much, particularly in the past year, during recovery from a serious illness. Cannot speak highly enough of her.
