Very thorough in explaining what the condition of our fireplace and condition of chimney was and what was needed to restore it to safe use. Contracts and communication on timing and cost were clear and the crew got to work and completed the original contracted work in one day. This project was a chimney repair from the roof line up replacing old brick and mortar which had broken down over the years from weather. Customer Service was excellent. Received a prompt and fair estimate. Work was done as scheduled by very competent workers who left the job site in very clean condition. Very nice transition from the old brick level to the new level going to the chimney cap, considering the chimney brick was 40 yrs old. Perfect brick match.
