Great counseling, she wouldn't treat me the first time due to my thyroid underfunction. Instead she wanted me to prepare with arnica, and I was glad to be in good hands. The injections were way less painful than what I was used to and she really took her time to make me understand the process and everything related to it. Fillers & Botox.Having never had any cosmetic surgery before I did a lot of research on the best places to go I came across pour moi cosmetic clinic's facebook page and the reviews were good so I went on to do more research on the internet and found further good reviews. I decided to book a consultation, I was contacted quickly with a date, due to work and childcare I couldn't meet on that date but Dr Awad was so understanding and it seemed as if it was absolutely no problem and I was given another date straight away. when I went for my first consultation I was directed to the other side of the building by my satnav so I called to ask which also seemed to be of no inconvenience to the team. During the consultation Dr Awad told me about herself and her aims, she asked what I was looking for and that she aims to give a natural look which is what I was going for. we went through prices and I booked in for following Monday, Dr Awad told me to come back with more questions, I'd done a lot of research beforehand but I felt relieved to know that she was more than happy to answer any further questions I had. I came back on the Monday and was treated so kindly, they offered me a coffee while I filled out forms and while the numbing cream kicked in. I then went into the office and was given another in debth talk about the procedures I was having and any possible side effects, I was then given another chance to ask questions, Dr Awad is so patient and welcoming I felt no nerves at all and trusted her completely! During the procedure my lips did bleed, I wasnt worried at all as I knew I was in safe hands but Dr Awad and her assistant were really attentive, making sure I had ice packs etc to prevent bruising and checking I was ok. The results are amazing, I cant stop looking at my face which is something I usually avoid! Everybody I know knows about it because I haven't stopped raving about Dr awad and my 'new face' ever since. It's been 2 weeks since I had my cosmetic surgery and I'm so so happy with the results, Ive just been for my top up and everything is great! Professional & friendly from the moment I made the initial call to make a consultation / appointment. Even fitted me in at very short noticed which I really appreciated. The botox and filler treatments I had were fully described & explained. Infact she drew diagrams and was at pains to ensure I completely understand exactly why and how the treatments worked (even though I have been having botox for over 20 years, nobody has ever gone into so much detail which was fantastic). Dr Awad clearly has years of knowledge and experience and I didn’t feel pressurised at all, or at any point feel I was being sold to.After the treatment, which went extremely smoothly , you’re then booked back in for a follow up appointment to make sure all is fine & you’re happy with the procedure.I am also secretly delighted that quite a few people have commented on how great my skin looks since the treatment and the credit definately has to go to Dr Awad. Dr Dee is a lovely lady and unlike a lot of clinics, she really knows what she’s doing. I have had three Botox treatments and one dermal filler treatment and always have amazing results! During my first consultation the treatment was fully explained and I felt so at ease. Never any bruising or marks, and always able to go straight back to the office with no problems. Reassuring professional advice with excellent results. I have had both Botox and fillers with Pour Moi clinic and am extremely happy with my appearance.
