Absolute awful experience, avoid at all costs. Used welling branch, missold a postage service, was guaranteed would be an overnight service, 4 days later still no parcel, courier refusing to help, shop not helpful, manageress says nothing to do with her and will not refund delivery cost despite guaranteeing me her service was better than royal mail, having read reviews online wish I'd gone to post office.
Parcel still not delivered and no one wants to help
This company has caused me no meds of grief, I have now spent over 6 hrs on the phone trying to trace my parcel and 3 hrs filling in online complaint forms and sending emails, guess what, no one still wants to help.

HODDESDON BRANCH; been in contact with Rob as I needed a passport to be delivered to me from South America. Rob was an absolute star! As I was stressing because I was not a business and couldn't use companies like Fedex or TNT, Rob did beyond the normal to help me, speak to Fedex, get a courier in South America to collect it and then delivered to me within 3 working days.
