I was really worried about learning to drive, having left it until I was in my 30's! But Steve is the most patient, helpful and understanding teacher. He understands what will work best for you individually, never gets frustrated and explains things in ways you can easily understand. Half way through learning I had to move house, which meant we would have to change the time and location of my lessons and also the test centre. This was no hassle, and was solved quickly, helping me resume lessons sooner rather than later!I am so happy I stayed with him, as I feel I can be a confident and responsible driver, with him in my head asking "What do I need the car to do "Thank you Steve for all your help! I must say that Steve is a fantastic instructor; he's very good at explaining things simply and is a lovely guy to talk to. One of my favourite things I remember was being stressed about making mistakes and holding people up - he calmly asked me multiple times: "And who's job is it to deal with the angry guy behind you?" Always asked me what I wanted to work on, and gave me feedback for every lesson I did with him, built up my confidence on the road as well as gave me insight on the motorways. Though I'd a knowledge of driving, I honestly learnt allot from Steve. He has definitely made me a better driver. My test was smooth sail passed without qualms, thanks to the fine tuning instruction from Steve.
Tell you something, he's a very chilled, friendly and easy to talk you. I'd recommend him anytime.
