Don’t waste your £22 look at the other reviews I did but thought I would be my own judge!
Well one small steam room one small sauna some sort of dark room which wasn’t dark and a lounge area went last Thursday staff member polite showed me the locker area and lounge then said facilities down that way I realise why he didn’t take me to the facilities because there’s nothing there!
!!!
It was not unclean but one guy there older just gave me a look over lol lol I walked out and went 15min down to pleasuredrome.
Seriously I was there no more than 45min the place is a total joke don’t even waste your time! My review is honest and sure I should have taken notice of the other reviews but as I said I thought I would try for myself after all that’s how we learn!!
I had a great time at pleasuredrome £20 abundance of facilities and busy spent 8hrs there!

OMG; well thought I would try it out I did read all the reviews most negative but me being me thought I would judge for myself:
So here it is; the reception guy polite showed me the lounge and locker room and said facilities down there.
Lol “facilities what a joke” one sauna small one steam room small and some room with plastic mattresses and that’s it!!!!
It was clean, but for £22 yes that’s correct £22 lol.
I was there less than 1/2hr and left there was only one other older guy there my advice don’t waste your money. Go somewhere like pleasuredrome that is £20 but wow no comparison worth every penny.

I visited Portsea Sauna for the first time. I was in London for a business trip and had a crazy week so I decided to go there to have a relaxing time before my flight. Leonardo at the reception was absolutely lovely - handsome and friendly too. The massage therapist (Luciano? Sorry if I got it wrong) was very good, I’m really glad I decided to have that massage! I know the market for this place are mature guys but I'm surprised that I had a good time! I'm 24 by the way and a fan of hard massage. They have great professional therapists and I would personally recommend the Polish guy who is a chiro. The Italian therapists are also good (and did I say hot?). The steam room and sauna are pretty decent and generally people around are nice. Chill with a cup of brewed coffee to cap off your stay. And of course I am not forgetting Leonardo at the reception who has a great smile and a nice bun on the head. Such a sweetie that I look forward to seeing again. More...

Just trying to put an honest review about this place ,I have been going to Portsea for almost 10 years as I have a back problem and need a massage once a week Place is small and run by genuinely friendly people , very happy and hard working guy keeps the place tidy and clean , I have been To so many places this place suits my needs. Its cozy , perfectly located near Marble Arch station and very discreet ,Many professional older gentleman use Portsea so it proves the place is clean , attitude free , no loud music , also they offer complimentary hot drinks ,and all wet area covered by non slippery mats I read a review from somebody discribing the place dirty , slippery and they charge £20 the information is wrong and misleading, please don’t post hateful and wrong information !to prove that they don’t charge £20 !!!!Also as I have massage at Portsea once a week , massage therapists are professional and quialified , hardworking and friendly they never ever ask for extra tip ,although I normally tip them jut to thank them ,Peace to all Thank you Portsea More...

I liked this place a lot. Sure, it's compact, but that seems to add to the intimacy of the place. The Steam Room is certainly the place where all the public action happens, though there are private rooms for anyone who is shy. Perhaps the biggest omission is that there isn't a jacuzzi. I certainly intend to go again. I just with they would introduce a 'No Towels' day (like most other male saunas). For me, it makes a visit extra-exciting! More...
