Trustworthy : Efficient : Customer Focused

These three traits sum up my recent experience with Portcullis Legals. Having waited far too long to organise our wills, my husband and I met with Portcullis Legals to start, what we thought, would be a long winded, full of legal jargon, process. How wrong we were! Certainly we had to answer lots of questions and needed certain aspects explained to us (in non legal jargon!), as well as explain our personal wishes, but this was the hardest the process got! It was so simple and we had the draft copies in our in-box a few days later for us to review. Once these had been agreed, we then went into the branch (out of our normal working hours - another nice touch from a business that prides itself on being different to the run of the mill legal profession), for the documents to be witnessed; and that was it!

I cannot recommend Portcullis Legals highly enough and, if like us, you are putting off writing your wills, take comfort in the fact that if you choose this trustworthy company, the journey will be efficient and customer focused from the outset! More...

First I want to say a big thank you to Trevor (CEO for Portcullis) for his help in writing my Will.

My Will was initially being prepared by a new junior member of Portcullis, but things were not progressing as they should. The moment Trevor was alerted that there was a problem, he apologised profusely and immediately took over, anxious to resolve the situation. He could not have been more helpful, and really did go the extra mile to put things right. And very soon my completed Will was with me, all written to my satisfaction.

It's for certain that in ANY company, things DO sometimes go wrong but I think a company should not be judged by what went wrong, but by what they do to put things right, and in this instance Portcullis (Trevor) exceeded all expectations in a professional and friendly manner.
