Polly's Pet Care offer multiple services, we offer visits as well as dog walks. A combination of walks and visits suit many people that are at busy during the day and want their dogs to have some company.
Please be advised the timings are a rough guide, due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances the timings may not always be met.

I just wanted to say how impressed we have been with Polly's Petcare who we used to look after our 2 cats whilst on holiday. Ziggy our white cat got into a fight with some fairly nasty wounds and Sam contacted us, sent pictures, navigated the alarm system got the car carrier and took him to the vets for us. She then sorted our a litter tray as he had to stay in for 24 hours. We weren't an easy customer but they dealt with it brilliantly and we will be using them again! More...

Dog Walking
They are brilliant with my boisterous mutts. Dogs love their walkies, come home well exercised and sleep peacefully for hours afterwards, couldn't ask for more!

Very calm when handling my boisterous big-ish dogs - Lurcher is all mouth and no trousers, the Lab/Pointer thinks he's super-dog and can leap tall buildings in a single bound when it's walkies time....

Having adopted an old dog with health issues I was keen to find a pet walking/sitting company that isn't just professional - but willing to go above and beyond and show real care in looking after pets. I was so pleased to have found Polly's Pet Care, as the team have been looking after my old dog as if their own - and on occasions when I finished work very early and returned home, I witnessed first hand how happy my dog was to spend time with the enthusiastic members of Polly's team. The highlight of my experience being when I was abroad for 2 weeks, during when Polly's team not just took perfect care of my dog, but took trouble to maintain the house too, and I was so pleased to come back to a clean house (and to a happy dog)! When my dog became really ill and had operations done, the team was both flexible and considerate - offering to check-in on my dog twice a day to make sure stitches didn't get scratched etc... What do you love most about your job?
At Polly's Pet Care the thing we all love the most about our jobs is spending time with the dogs and small animals, we all love the dogs that we walk and they almost become our pets too. We treat them like our own, no matter the weather, being outside and watching the dogs play together makes it worth it!
Watching the dogs get so excited to see you makes us all so happy, having a cat run up and pur between your legs makes us very grateful to be helping with their care.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this business because of my love and passion for all animals. I love dogs and saw many dog walkers out there with far too many dogs or too many dogs chasing one ball.
This upset me as dogs would then become extremely frustrated at not being able to get the ball and this can lead to behavioural problems.
I decided I wanted to open a business where honesty with my clients would be key and that the team and myself would provide the best possible care for their animals.
Polly’s Pet Care do our best to understand each dogs individual needs so they feel comfortable and safe in our care.

We strive for the best possible care for your pets, we are very personal to each individual client and dog.
Our aim is to help people in anyway possible, to keep their pets happy during the day. We offer a wide range of services to cater individual needs, whether you need someone to help look after your young puppy or someone to keep your elderly companion company. We enjoying working with all animals, we love helping the animals to be more happy at home alone.
Dog walking is a good choice for your dog for multiple reasons, it provides your dogs with socialisation with other dogs in a controlled manner, dogs that do not enjoy being left alone for long periods of time get their day broken up without having to leave the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
If you ever have any concerns we are a very approachable, caring team that are more than willing to help in any way possible.
One hour group walks
1 hour group walks, we have three different times for these group walks.
A morning walk, the pick up time is between 9&10 am and then your dog is out for the hours walk and dropped home, your dog will usually be home by 11 am.
A lunch walk, the pick up time is between 11:30&12:30 your dog is then out for the hours walk and dropped home, your dog will usually be home by 2 pm.
A PM walk, the pick up time is between 2:30&3:30 your dog is then out for the hours walk and dropped home, your dog will usually be home by 5 pm.
30 Minute walks solo or group walks
30 minute walks or visits, we offer two different time slots for these.
Morning between 10:30&11:30
Afternoon between 1:30&2:30
Small animal sitting 30 minutes
This service is usually used when the owner is on holiday or unable to get home to feed their small animal. This visit is for 30 minutes, during this time we will feed, clean out your pets area, and give your pet the fuss and attention they need.
We have looked after a range of animals from cats, tortoises, duck, birds, fish. If you message us if you have an animal you are unsure if we would look after just please message us I am sure we could help!
We offer three different times:
Morning between 8 & 10:30
Anytime: This is if your pet does not have a routine and you just need us to go in at some point in the day to feed them.
PM: between 4 & 7:30pm
Pop in service
This service is for small animal sitting only. This service is best suited to those animals that get really stressed by strangers and the client would rather keep them in their home than a cattery/sitter service. We would just pop in to feed them, have a look over to make sure your animal is safe and well then leave.
Puppy sitting services 45 minutes and 30 minutes
Puppy sitting services, we offer two different duration's 30 minutes and 45 minutes.
We suggest the 45 minute visits for puppies that are 8 weeks old and find this has worked the best for most of our puppies, this is because they are very young and just left their mum so are not used to be home alone so may need more company.
The 30 minute visit can work also for puppies that are 8 weeks and older just as well as the 45 minute visits.
During this time we can feed your puppy, teach them some basic training and help reinforce any training you are doing with them, we help with toilet training and lead walking. When your puppy is old enough we can take them out on short walks to get them used to the big outside world.
We offer these at two different times during the day which breaks up your puppies day very well:
Between 10:30 & 11:30
Then 1:30 & 2:30
Stimulation walks
These walks are best for those dogs that have a lot of pent up energy and they need more stimulation.
These walks are subject to availability as these walks are done by our trainers and behaviourists.
Depending on the breed of dog would depend on what stimulation is needed so it is best to message for more information.
