PMM Solutions opened up recently not far from where I live, and with the recent issue of my son's PC dying a slow dust related death I decided to go into the shop and ask if it was repairable. Kashif was so helpful, accomodating to my situation (my son is recently disabled) in that we needed it back as quick as possible. He explained everything that he intended on doing and made me aware of possible complications after I explained how badly dust filled this PC was, not just this but the price for this work was very reasonable. So I brought it in..... Only what both my son and myself feared came a reality, the dust had in fact created more problems and transiting the PC brought it to it's death. The monitor wouldn't turn on, we had an idea the graphics card was already on the way out as one of the fans had stopped working. Kashif was amazing! He worked so hard on the diagnostics to see exactly what was wrong, it wasn't just the graphics card but the motherboard too, and he managed to Source replacement parts in the event that my son wanted them replaced, or he would have helped us build a new one. The cost to have them replaced was fantastic and so for the short term we have decided to go ahead with this option. My son is a gamer and ultimately would like a more faster machine and I can tell you now there is no other place I would go to for when we are ready, Kashif's computer knowledge, his passion for his work, his amazing customer service means we will ONLY go to PMM Solutions from here on in. PMM Solutions is simply amazing and providing a 5 stars rating is an understatement to say the least. I have recently dropped my Huawei P Smart 2019 android phone in which the screen was cracked and the phone went haywire thereafter. I try to remedy the situation myself but to no avail as the phone was "ghost pressing" so there was no way that I can reset the software etc. I called PMM Solutions and I was given a free consultation and followed by a quote for the phone to be fixed. The customer service first of all was brilliant and the person that I spoke to (I believe to be the owner) was very courtesy, friendly and ever so helpful. The quote I was given was very good and was under what I budgeted for which speaks volumes in itself by providing good value for money. He even went out of his way outside operational hours to allow me to collect my phone. I gave my I mac in for repair with a burnt / damaged motherboard, I had called and visited many other repair shops that come up in the search for mac repairs, they all told me that it was beyond repair and needed replacement. PMM Solutions called me back the same day and told me that it was repairable and gave a very reasonable quote. Just over a week later I Picked my Mac up Fully functional. My Mac Mini had crashed and I could not use it. I contacted PMM Solutions in Sutton to have it repaired and restored. Spoke to the IT Engineer, Kashif who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Within an hour he dropped in to my house. He collected my Mac Mini and took it way for assessment and a price quotation.
