I recently purchased a Plantronics headset from PMC. The order was delivered promptly but I had to return the product as it was no longer required. Their Sales Director authorised a full refund, in addition to postage cost which they didn’t have to. I was impressed by that simple but unexpected goodwill gesture. Alex could not have been more helpful and when the first 2 phones had issues with the handsfree (partly as it turned out to do with our line and not the phone) happily allowed us to try again at no cost to us. Outstanding customer service, PMC Telecom is a company that always puts the customer first. They even sent a replacement phone out to me even though it was my fault that I had not set it up correctly!
