Alan did a very good good job for us. It included digging into the concrete floor, finding the leaking pipes, repairing same,insulating pipes, re concreting and re tiling. Despite the job taking longer than expected he stuck to the original price. He takes great pride in his work and is very helpful. I would recommend alan to anyone, having already purchased many of the items for my new bathroom he was happy to charge for labour only .
