Pledge2Sparkle have supplied our block of flats with numerous spurious 'cleaning' invoices for work that has quite obviously not been carried out.
The per hour rate has increased twice in the last 8 months and the quantity of hours charged for has become beyong ludicrious for the minimal amount of work that would actually need to be done. Supposedly cleaned areas remain dirty.
Would definitely not ever recommend. Avoid.

Pledge 2 Sparkle have been enlisted for common parts cleaning in a block of flats. None of the work they say has been carried out has been, the common areas remain dirty. Terrible company. Do not use.

Very aptly named! My house was pristine clean after their service! Peace of mind as all the employees are CRP checked, which is so important when you let strangers in your home. 2nd time I've used the ladies as pledge to sparkle. Once again I just got home to a lovely clean house after working all day and it put a massive smile on my face every time.
Their attention to detail and speed in doin so is great.

Really happy with Pledge2Sparkle. We switched to them for weekly cleaning of our place and couldn't be happier. Communication has been easy, and have really appreciated being able to pay fully through standing order rather than having to leave cash out for the cleaner.
