I've had two fantastic experiences working with Plaza Estates, where I was fortunate enough to meet Claudia Wahnich. My first experience with Plaza was in 2010 when Claudia very gracefully helped me through a nightmare landlord experience. I don't know any other agents that would have cared enough or taken the time to provide support or take action to help rectify the issues, and Claudia went above and beyond. This is because Claudia genuinely wants to see the best for her clients, and I have again experienced her efforts in this regard when she helped me in my search for a new home in April this year. As I was moving back from the US for work, I had planned a week-long trip to London to find a new home ahead of my move. I was worried this was not enough time, bu with Claudia's help, I could have come for only one day. Claudia has a gift not only for quickly understanding what her clients are looking for but also for identifying the options that best meet those needs. In one day we saw 6 flats, all of which I liked. My top choice was of course more than I wanted to pay, but Claudia helped me negotiate a fair price and I am still loving my new home (where I also have a great landlord). As a company they are one of the most reliable, polite, and friendly estate agents in the UK ( and I have worked with many before so I would know ) that i had the pleasure of working with. They say that every 10 years, a relationship is ready for change or something, at least, to reinvigorate it.. not mine with Plaza, and that's where we've arrived almost to the day! They go from strength to strength, as do we by default, because they take care of every detail in a very efficient and amenable way. They are equally sensitive to both landlord and tenant, securing the path of minimum disturbance and stress. For me, their greatest triumph is in their response time, invariably by return, and therein lies just one of their keys to success, because the assurance is there long before you've had time to start worrying!
