I honestly can't recommend PK Fitness enough. Peter and Paul are fantastic at what they do - not only are they supportive in helping you to meet your goals, but they're also working hard on their own too! If you want to start training in a non-judgemental, fun atmosphere then give their 7 day trial a go. I lost weight, gained confidence and am so much happier for putting time in at the gym with these guys. Flexible training times and really small groups mean that you essentially get a personal trainer for a fraction of the price. Cheers guys, again!! More...

I joined PK Fitness bootcamp sessions at the end of March 2017, over a year later I now attend the small group training sessions. This is the longest I have ever stuck to any sort of training and nutritional plan, I usually lose all will power and go back to old habits. However training with Paul and Peter keeps you motivated to stick to your training sessions as each one is completely different and pushes your limits. No food is out of bounds either as long as you track everything. I am now just over 4 stone lighter than when I started and lost 4 dress sizes in the process. I am now probably the fittest and smallest I remember being. I even completed the Glasgow 10k with Paul and Peters motivation which is something I never thought I would do. Could not recommend PK Fitness enough. Was always too paranoid to go to gym classes/personal trainers before over fear of judgement of your fitness levels. This just does NOT happen here. Your made to feel completely comfortable and given exercises that obviously do push you and improve your fitness. I'm in my 3rd month and can recognise a massive improvement in my fitness. Definitely give them a try if you want to improve your fitness/lose weight and have a bit of banter whilst you do it More...

Started the biggest loser challenge that has lasted 6 weeks and it was fantastic! Really structured and great atmosphere The gym and guys are amazing and you will definitely want to be a part of it and stick to exercise

I have attended Paul's conditioning classes for 18 months now, they are always well structured, well planned and concentrate on important aspects of your fitness. I have also had personal training sessions with Paul and they were designed to help me with my specific training and really helped. I had taken classes in the gym before but they don't compare to the group work that PK Fitness offer. As well as getting strong, feeling healthier and loosing inches you also get a good laugh and listen to some great music in the process. The guys know their stuff and are fantastic at helping you achieve your goals. I would recommend PK Fitness to anyone who wants help in building positive habits for the long term :) More...

What can I say... Firstly you need to have that "want" to lose weight and get fit... If you have it then this is ABSOLUTELY for you. .. Both Paul and Peter are very knowlegable, classes are extremely worth it and such a wide variety of classes on offer... not just the same old class week after week... I have been attending Peter and Paul's early morning training class which is a great idea if like me coming home after work the last thing you want to contemplate is doing exercises least this way you have already done it before your day even starts. Every class is different so you never know what you are going into. This is good as it never gets boring and every class is affective. Both Peter and Paul are easy going, down to earth and approachable. There is no judgement made by anyone at these classes it's a friendly environment in which you can work at your own pace. I would definitely recommend Peter and Paul to my friends if they were thinking about getting into fitness or wanting to tone up and lose a few pounds. More...

Paul and Peter provide a fantastic, professional PT service. They discuss your goals and work at a pace that suits you. They're supportive but push you to meet your goals. They've completely changed my attitude to exercise and nutrition and I'm feeling stronger and fitter all the time. Since working with Paul & Peter I have lost over a stone and multiple inches. I'm also getting stronger and fitter as well as toning up. They are great at providing structured workouts but also adding in some fun too. You can get the same amazing results as 1-2-1 Personal Training but for a fraction of the cost.

Our Group Personal Training is run every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We have 4 different time slots available at 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am and 8:30am. Each session runs for 1 hour and is is capped at a maximum of 8 people to ensure we still deliver a top quality service exactly like our 1-2-1 Personal Training.

The Group Personal Training is great not just because it’s a fraction of the price of 1-2-1 personal training, but because you will be training alongside 7 other like minded women that are on the same weight loss & toning journey that you are.
