Pinkerton Hypnotherapy is the practice of Andrew Pinkerton and is based in Newtownards but covers the whole of the North Down and Ards Peninsula area. I work with clients in their own home where they will find it easier to relax in comfortable surroundings while also cutting out any hassle or travel expenses for them.

I specialise in hypnotherapy for weight management where I provide a complete look at how my client can achieve their ideal body image. Using hypnotherapy as a support tool for breaking bad eating habits and improving motivation, I will also discuss how my client is tackling nutrition and exercise to achieve their goal. By using hypnotherapy alongside discussing nutrition and exercise I ensure that my client is armed with all the tools and support they need for weight management.

The initial consultation is free and all therapy sessions will last for approximately 1 hour with the exception of the Stop Smoking therapy which lasts up to 2 hours.
