Pleasant people but job grossly overpriced for work done. Not sure of their tree pruning knowledge.

Worked hard all day to remove a large silver birch tree from our garden. Fully cleaned up and managed not to get any mess in our neighbours gardens. Great work and good value too!

The quote was VERY high, and only offered to cut partially, rather than fell properly. I think it may have been beyond their capacity to do this job.

Pinewood responded within 15 minutes followed by a visit 20 minutes later, was given a quote which was very reasonable, job completed today, excellent result, left job removing all rubbish

Their service was excellent, I would definitely use them again.
Lee was also very sensitive to the tree itself wanting to preserve it's character as much as possible despite it needing serious work to make safe, it was a great balanced result.

Very fast response, friendly, professional job and tidied everything up. Will use again.
