Me and my family has recently been on holiday for 2 weeks. We chose Pilots Pack to look after our baby, Archie! Never leaving him before we were so nervous. Phoebe uploaded pictures of Archie and his new friends everyday, we felt so relaxed knowing he was having so much fun and he looked so happy in every photo. Just want to say thank you so much for taking our precious boy into your care for 2 weeks, he has thoroughly enjoyed himself. 100% recommended, Archie will definitely be coming back! ❤️ More...

Pilot’s Pack is an amazing doggy daycare and I cannot recommend them enough. They ensure your dog will get on with hers before she agrees to take you on, rather than the other way round, which was a huge plus in my eyes as it showed how much attention she pays to each doggo, to make sure they are comfortable. Whatever my dogs needed, Phoebe seems to go out of her way to do it so that my doggos have the best time. My dogs don’t even say goodbye when they see the house, they shoot straight in the door and forget about me, they love being at Phoebe’s that much! Pilot's Pack is an incredible doggy boarder! I use them whenever I go away. They are a dog family, not just a dog boarder. Whatever treats her dogs get, my dogs get. Whatever love and cuddles her dogs get, my dogs get. Whatever my dogs need I know Phoebe will do what she can to get it (even if it is at her own expense sometimes!!!) She ensures they are safe, maintains their training and always has time to update me if I am worried about them. I cannot say better things about this place. Being boarded in a home is the best for my doggos as they feel at home the minute I have to leave them, which makes it a lot easier to go, knowing they will be loved. Phoebe goes above and beyond what I would consider a dog boarder. See you in September, Ash and Merlin can't wait!!!! More...

When I got my rescue dog he had anxiety, didn’t know his own name and had little training, within two weeks with these guys he was sitting, giving his paw and feel comfortable around people!
Now all my family use them for doggie holidays and I would highly recommend them!

We recently used Pilots pack after we got married for a week to look after our 3 year old Frenchie, Buzz. Phoebe was very welcoming and attentive, and made Buzz feel at home instantly. We were kept up to date via Pilots pack Facebook page about what the dogs were up to, and they all seemed to be having loads of fun! Phoebe was also kind enough to keep Buzz for an extra night when our plans changed which we really appreciated.
