We booked 1 hour with Filippo in Venice, Italy. I sent him a message on WhatsApp the day of the shoot, and it's a good thing I did because he was not informed that he had a photoshoot with us on that day. Thankfully, he was free and was able to meet us on time at our meeting point! He was efficient at finding great picture locations, and he is just a very nice person in general. We are very pleased with our pictures, and he actually gave us 89 pictures instead of the 30 we were promised! He even risked falling into the water to get the perfect shot of us in front of the Rialto Bridge. I cannot even express in words how wonderful our experience with PicTrip was. I worked with Jess to accommodate the times and locations that fit into our schedule and she was quick to respond and so easy to work with. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and they assigned Fillippo in Venice and Max in Santorini to our family. They were the KINDEST photographers and such pros. They took plenty of time understanding the type of photos we were hoping for. We received our photos before we even returned home and they were STUNNING!!! Best Birthday Gift ever


Amazing!
We have been a group of 8 adults and 2 small children, a mixture of all kind of ages and couples. We wanted this trip as a birthday gift for the 60th birthday of our mother.
First we can say that the organization was good. The photografer asked us for as many information as we can give them, like our wishes and expactations and what we think would be the best plan.
As we met Lia and her husband, both of them made the photos because the group was too large, we were keen on having them on the trip. They didn’t just make amazing (and really AMAZING) photos, they told us a lot about the city (Milano) and their best spots.
They managed it to get good photos of every group member and made the day for our mother unforgettable.
The price-performance is appropriate.

I came across my photographer, Misché, through PicTrip while looking for a photographer to capture a surprise proposal in Barcelona. Traveling from the US it was important for me to find someone I felt I could trust and was comfortable with since I wouldn't be able to meet them until the day of. Misché and I had plenty of communication leading up to the proposal. Jess from PicTrip was absolutely incredible at helping me find the right photographer and even went through several possible locations with me until we decided on the right one. We booked Pictrip to take our photos in Venice, Italy. Filippo was our photographer and did an awesome job of providing access to the sceneries we must desired like a gondola ride and Rialto Bridge and several others he additionally selected. Even though my husband wasn't feeling well, Filippo was very understanding and still managed to take great photos that we will cherish forever. I've hired professional photographers for previous vacations in New York City and Santorini. I will definitely seek out Pictrip on our next vacation. We booked Pictrip to captured our memories in Sydney. Two days after booking, reps from Pictrip called to confirmed and asked us to fill in a form of our photo expectations. The Photographer, Holi called 3 days before shooting, and she was very helpful and cooperative. The day we supposed to shoot, it was raining, so we have to changed to another day without additional fee. We were glad that we changed otherwise we couldn't bring back some nice memories. Luckily the last day we were in Sydney, the sun was shining bright and we were able to captured some good photos. We had a fantastic experience completing our shoot in Venice.

Fillippo was extremely friendly, professional polite and ensured the experience was natural and easy especially as we had never done anything like it before so it felt awkward but he ensured it wasn’t an issue.

We even changed the date/times because he advised the weather would be wet which was great it saved a wasted session. And when I changed the location last minute he was very accommodating and did his best throughout.

Couldn’t have done it with a nicer person, extremely worth it for the great final photos we now have to last. The communication throughout was ideal for what was required! Much better than other places I had contacted to do our shoot prior to finding pictrip!

We booked 2 hours with Max in Santorini, Greece and could not have been happier with the experience. Max was accommodating and very down to earth.

There were some other similar packages we had debated for less money, though what stood out about this tour was that they edited the photos. I am so happy we went with this option as they came out phenomenally. I highly recommend this if you go somewhere you want to document, but do not feel like asking random strangers to take your photos. More...
