I have waited more than 2 weeks for my order so far. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody answers my emails. I have no idea if I have just been scammed out of my payment, or if my order is on its way, because it is impossible to communicate with Pico Bags.
Such a shame to be let down as the product looks amazing and I was excited to receive....but nothing. Just lost money and no product.
