Alex was my personal trainer for around 3 months as I wanted to get stronger. He always challenged me and I was always sore the next day and I definitely got stronger.

Had a great two or so months with Alex and am feeling a whole lot fitter and am around 6kg lighter as a result. Alex always comes well prepared and although he keeps up the pace, he listens to your feedback and doesn't push you to over-exertion. Always on time, with some good tips on nutrition, a good communicator and super reliable. Would really recommend Alex if you're looking to get into better shape. More...

I have been training with Alex for a couple of years - great knowledgable guy who made me complete many personal goals. Overall I feel so much stronger especially in the key areas that I outlined to him. Even with a dodgy previously operated on shoulder, he managed to do the right exercise to make it work again! My husband and I have both had sessions with Alex. He gives you a calming confidence that you can do each challenge he sets, which in turn gives you the motivation to complete a task so not to disappoint him! My bi-weekly sessions, although only 30 minutes, have been varied and hard but fun and my husbands hour monthly sessions focussed perfectly on key areas he wanted to improve. I have been training with Alex for almost a year.Getting Alex as a personal trainer turned out to be one of my better decisions.
My goal was just lose some weight and feel fitter.But he gave me much more.My overall strength and fitness improve and I fell in love with fitness.
Whether it’s lifting heavy weights or cardio,He always reach beyond the point I am afraid to go by myself and makes me to be proud to myself.Alex has a great way of getting more out of someone.
Boxing sessions are my favourite.They are fantastic way to de-stress,tough but enjoyable. Alex has the perfect balance of strictness when I’ve needed a kick or compassion to motivate me.
His pleasant and positive attitude is a great asset to his willingness to work with his clients at their own levels.
Always very professional and well organised.
I would thoroughly recommend Alex whatever your goals are,he will listen and identify how to help to reach them.

I have been training with Alex for over a year now and I am very pleased with the progress that I have made. Alex visits my home and we train there as I am not someone who particularly enjoys the gym. He plans hour long routines for each session and varies these each time. I do not have to think about what exercise to do next and he certainly pushes me to my limits. He has advised on supplements to take and how to increase protein in my diet. He understands that I have quite an unpredictable work schedule too so has happily accommodated last minute cancellations and rescheduling. What I like about Alex at Physical Performance is I went in with what I wanted to improve and goals I wanted to achieve and he helped me achieve them and more! He helped me lose weight and improve my posture and helped me improve my weaknesses I never knew I had. I really enjoyed my personal training sessions with Alex and was impressed how much he incorporated my exercise preferences into the training. Although I already had a fairly good level of fitness, he helped me to iron out mistakes in my technique and identified a rather significant lack of flexibility which was holding me back in achieving my desired results. Both myself and husband have been using Alex for the last 6 months. I have become a lot fitter and feel great. The exercises are never boring, each week is a new workout, a new challenge and each week it hurts just the same as the previous week. Recently I have fractured my foot but that hasn’t stopped me as Alex has produced a workout which works around it. If anyone wants to get fit I would definetly recommend Alex, he’s amazing. More...

I have trained with Alex for some time now. I continue to train with him because I am so pleased with the results I am seeing. He is very easy to get along with, friendly and puts his all into training me during our sessions.
