I required a plumber in a hurry and trawled the internet. It was a question of taking what was available.I could not have chosen better. The plumber arrived at the stated time (Friday) and gave a quotation for the work of replacing my shower. The office had already booked a slot for the following Tuesday to undertake the work. Again arrived on time, a little early, and completed the work in no time. Went on to trusted trader on the Sunday looking for a gas installer to carry out a gas safety inspection ASAP, Peter from PHR plumbing & Heating Renewables called me Within 30 minutes, saying he could carry this out on the Monday, even picked the keys up from the agents for me as we are not from the area and buying as a second home. Did the inspection returned the keys to the agent and emailed me the certificate that very evening. We had a boiler leak and breakdown and they called to examine the boiler, gave a quote and completed the replacement within 3 days. They were the most competitive quotation and did a very neat job of installation completing the actual installation in just over half a day. They were very clean inside the house and cleaned up after the job.We were then taken in detail through the instructions and finally they issued a Homeowner Gas Safety Certificate for the house.We are delighted with the work that this company did for us. I had a whistling boiler and two other boiler repair services could not find the cause, so I turned to PHR PLUMBING & HEATING RENEWABLES and they sorted the problem out for me . They were prompt, efficient, and friendly and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone and will use again in the future.
