I can't recommend Nikki enough. She was recommended to us and I can see why. We arranged at the last minute to have a Newborn photoshoot and Nikki was able to move a few things to accommodate us. Being a first time mum it was lovely to see Nikki really looking after our baby during the entire shoot. She is very thoughtful, caring and has a great eye for detail. This is the 2nd time I've used nikkis skills in the last 7 months. She did a wonderful newborn shoot with us and this time a sitter shoot. What can I say yet again she's given me the most gorgeous pictures. Nikki had beautiful props and outfits and is so calm natured my daughter loves her and in turn always gets amazing picture. I've only met nikki twice and yet I feel like I've know her for years she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Nikki came to our home to do a newborn shoot with our baby girl. Firstly Nikki accomadated us 2 or 3 times due to our hospital stay which was a huge relief that she could then fit us in so quickly! When looking for someone to take photos of our children the most important thing to me is that the person engages them and makes them want to have their picture taken. Only then can their true character be captured. Not an easy ask but for Nikki it is. Nikki is not just a fantastic photographer but awesome with kids. She makes the whole experience a joy for everyone involved. She knows how to capture our 5 year old's cheeky nature in every shot and has caught on camera precious moments of our new little man. Nikki is, quite simply, brilliant. The photoshoot she did with my grandson captured some very special moments in time for my family and I with great warmth and affection. So... I had the idea of doing a photo shoot of my two kids, Amelie aged four and Theo nearly two as a surprise gift for my wife for Xmas! ... from the start I knew I was onto something great with Nikki, she listened to want I wanted, was able to give me some guidance and come up with some great ideas of how we can make it work. On the day of the shoot, yes super professional in every way but importantly for me was her natural way. Not only did she make me feel at ease but most importantly was just amazing with my kids, with her ability to connect with them through to some clever little tricks she was able to capture moments within frames, playing, dancing, giggling, not only was it fun to watch but it really was captured in the pictures, It was a delight for me to present to my wife on Xmas day!!!.... thanks Nikki for making a mum very happy!x More...

Nikki was so patient and she took some amazing natural photos of our family. Quite how she managed to get 5 children between 15 months and 7 to be attentive and smile at the right time is staggering. She sussed out the venue beforehand and the backgrounds were so varied. Children were amused with all the different goodies that kept popping out of her magic box. Nikki was absolutely fab from the beginning. She replied quickly to my initial query and was very flexible on dates and times. Her pop-up studio was awesome and so easy to set up in any space. Nikki was brilliant with both my boys and they instantly took to her both on and off the camera. Being a mum herself, Nikki had a great understanding of a child's level of concentration and how to keep they constantly engaged with her box of tricks. She was very professional, fab with my two boys who cannot sit still for 2 minutes and produced some gorgeous images which totally capture their character and sibling relationship. Nikki is exactly what you want when looking for someone to photograph your child. She's extremely passionate about photography and fantastic with little ones which leads to her capturing wonderful moments. Having two children of her own means she knows that children can not always be relied on to act or 'perform' as we may wish, and therefore takes every situation in her stride, making everyone feel relaxed, and the whole experience great fun. My family bought us a photo shoot as a present for our beautiful baby Summer. It was just amazing, Nikki came to our home with all her wonderful props and also explained what she would need and would be doing before hand. She made the whole experience easy and calming, as with a new born I was slightly apprehensive. She was just great with Summer and I felt completely at ease with her getting Summer in the positions she needed to for the photos. The end results were so much more than I expected, the pictures are just wonderful and will treasure them forever.
