What do you love most about your job?
I love to help people discover their inner motivations and to help them to learn how to self-coach themselves through any situation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 15 years of living with depression and anxiety, I finally found the tools and skills to be able to discover who I was beyond these problems. I lost weight, I changed my career and became a qualified Life Coach so I can pass on these tools to everyone.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have extensive life experience having dealt with chronic depression and anxiety. Through the skills and tools I learnt while qualifying as a coach I changed my life. I lost weight, I lost weight and learnt how to deal with emotional eating, I changed careers and know that the tools I learnt can help everyone. These are tools that work. I want my clients to learn them so they can use them in their lives going forward.
