What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety of tasks I have been able to carry out, from simple property maintenance to more complex new build projects. The most challenging and exciting task was undertaking a renovation where the previous builder left the project halfway and in a mess. Me and my hardworking team had a short timescale to complete the project for the client and were able to do this with dedication and determination.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been attentive to property maintenance tasks and enjoy providing a service where I can engage my knowledge to assist my clients in achieving the perfect finish. With each project completed I analyse the work carried out and ensure that I am happy with the work as I would be if it was my own property.
I enjoy problem solving to find the most suitable way to manage the tasks within the client's needs.
My previous experience in management further enhanced my ability to start my own company in construction and property maintenance.
