Selling my property with Philip Ryan was a very good experiance in which they supported me all the way. I had used other estate agents in the past who just put the property on Rightmove and then just sat back expecting it to sell itself, Philip Ryan where different from the start. They gave me realistic expectations and showed the property off at its best and used different platforms to market the property, keeping me informed at all times. Communication was always good with very quick responses anytime I tried to contact them. On selling my property the comunication to solicitors was quick and clear, When the conveyancing process slowed I contacted them and explained I wanted more frequent updates.
