Marta has been my fitness coach for over a year now, she was already instrumental in the improvement of my health, fitness and my happiness. Then she became my nutritionist for three months, and everything improved once more. Her enthusiasm and eagerness to help is second to none, she has great knowledge and her passion shines through and just, energises you to keep going and improve. Instructions were clear, recipes were wonderful and she is just generally a wonderful person to be working with. It's been a month now since I was under her tutelage, and her lessons are still with me. Big Thumbs Up! More...

Liam and his team are doing something at pH Nutrition that a lot of nutritionists are unable to do; they are taking the multi-layered science of sports nutrition and applying it to people who have varying needs in a clear and sustainable way. I am a working professional with a family and commitments, who loves training and wants to maximise his experience. By working with Liam I have been able to learn and adapt my dietary habits in such a way that have had a material change on performance and general wellbeing. I have likened it to the David Brailsford approach of 'incremental changes to achieve meaningful results' - following Liam's programming I have iteratively improved my diet (and my understanding of my body and its performance). Starting with some basic l changes to my eating habits and progressively building towards a tailored program that suits my body, routine and training goals. I cant recommend pH Nutrition enough. Fantastic help from start to finish. AJ helped me understand the basics of nutrition, importance of the right food and meal build up suggestions. I highly recommend pH Nutrition they are extremely knowledgable and passionate about nutrition and create plans that are tailored to suit your needs. Following a foot injury resulting in a very frustrating year of limited exercise I gained 10kg. Since working with pH Nutrition (over a 4 month period) I managed to loose the 10kg. My performance in both crossfit and triathlons has improved a great deal now that I feel equipped with the nutritional knowledge to fuel my workouts properly. More...

Great help indeed.I am glad,making this choice to work with pH Nutrition.
Big relief,learning more about nutrition and even more.
I often like to think every small step counts,just as the previous one,which can load a lot of pressure on the body.
However,I do believe it is really important to have meetings with professionals all around when it comes to sport.
It feels great to know people as serious as the subject.

Liam and the team at PH Nutrition have really changed my entire approach to my diet and how I think about food.I did not get a fad 'one size fits all' diet', but a tailored solution and approach to my diet that really works for me and my lifestyle. Liam really knows his stuff and is hugely passionate about nutrition , health and wellbeing. I'm a keen cyclist and pH Nutrition helped me massively to get through a 262 mile single-day sportif. My nutrition plan incorporated weeks of nutritional training - preparing my body for eating whilst cycling for 15+ hours, a regime for hydrating and feeding myself in the saddle on the day, and a post-ride recovery meal plan too. Proud to say that I completed the ride comfortably and wasn't even that sore the next day! I place a lot of responsibility for this success on pH Nutrition, as without a doubt there's no way I could have ridden 17 hours continuously without my body getting the right fuel. The plan and advice I received was tailored to me exactly and offered some great hints and tips too for my training plan - I especially enjoyed making my own energy bars with their help.I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a healthy, balanced and personal sports nutrition plan that is easy to follow and produces measurable results.
