Q&As

It starts with research and clarification of the brief. Creating the right brief is paramount to ensure that the end solution meets your requirements and successfully reaches the target audience. The next step is about creating the right environment for creative ideas to flourish which is attained through brainstorming, looking at the brief from different angles and thinking outside the box to generate the 'big idea'. Its about finding the problem/solution dynamic and working out how the thing you are selling actually benefits the end user and how it can solve their problems.

As much relevant information as possible - why is there a need for this product/service? What does the design needs to achieve? Who they wish to target and why their product/service would benefit them? How they wish to be perceived by their target audience.

Hitting on a solution that works from both an aesthetic and functional point of view and getting good results or feedback from it.

I enjoy having the freedom to control the direction of the business and being able to choose the projects that inspire me. It is rewarding for me to pass on my experience and deliver a good professional design for my clients that gets them results and repeat business.

One of my biggest selling points is that I can help bring a higher perceived value to your goods and services by developing a strong brand style and using it consistently across all your company’s communications. Over time this will communicate a higher level of professionalism to your customers/clients, especially if your competitors are using inexperienced designers and producing amateur looking designs. This will give you the edge and project a better image for the company and may allow you to raise prices or open up to new or more exclusive markets

My other key selling point is that I can provide a personal design service available (at short notice and out of hours) equivalent results to going to a design agency or consultancy but at a lower cost due to lower overheads.
