This was our first experience with PBF when we required the use of a LWB Luton - with a tail-lift.Their service was excellent. The collection procedure and completion of all documentation was smooth and extremely speedy. Within 15 minutes we were driving away with a vehicle that was clean, well maintained and fit for purpose. The vehicle proved to be very reliable - so much so we returned a few days later for a second hire.Although this company was not on our doorstep, I will continue to travel that extra distance to hire from them again.My thanks to Peter, who was always available by telephone to answer queries and to provide information regarding the possible extension of our original hire dates.
