Nicole just cared for my two cats over a long weekend. One of my cats has been really stressed (allergic reaction) recently and Nicole managed to keep him calm and happy.
She sent me updates and pictures and even gave me tips for alternative food.

Nicole is very lovely and great with animals. She took care of my cat for 2 weeks and sent me some pictures of him when I was away. We are so happy to have found Pets Comfort. Nicole is reliable and communicative, sending us regular updates via text when away and responding quickly to any queries. My flight was delayed on my way back to the UK, but without any problem Nicole came out that same day to look after Coffee. Nicole has looked after my cats on three occasions now. The most recent because I had a family emergency and had to leave in a hurry. She went in the following day without hesitation and cared for them for two weeks even buying more food and litter as I'd run out and sending me pictures and updates to reassure me. Nicole at Pets Comfort looked after our two cats for the first time for just over a week this Christmas. We are always nervous about leaving them, but Nicole did an absolute fantastic job of looking after them; from regular twice-daily feeds and playing with them, to lots of love and affection (head massages in fact!). We loved getting texts and pictures of them every day and it really helped to put our mind at ease knowing they were in such safe and caring hands. When we arrived home, our cats were extremely chilled and very happy, in fact we’re not sure they even missed us. What also was really helpful, was Nicole kindly opened and closed our front room blinds for us and turned lights on and off, which also helped us feel better about leaving the house empty over the festive period. As a relatively new London resident, I was a bit stumped on who I would get to watch my pet parrot over the holidays.
