I was on holiday, but took my laptop as I was working on my dissertation. On day 2 of my holiday, I got the 'blue screen of death', with 3 years of Uni work stuck on the laptop. Peter looked at my laptop the same day and informed me the hard drive was completely shot, but managed to recover all my data and install a new hard drive and I was good to go again the following day.
