Visited for the first time on Saturday morning just as they were opening up. Absolutely amazing customer service and so helpful. The creed oil is so nice, just a few drops and you can smell it throughout the house. Went to petel bloom on monday its the first time in we have ever been . Its absolutely lovely it smells beautiful when you walk in � we had some nice brunch and coffee lovely Victoria sponge cake that my daughter loved. Staff were really nice and friendly. I absolutely love this shop, I love all the products that’s sold and the flowers are beautiful. ***FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE *** I emailed petal bloom this morning as I’d made an order last Sunday, paid extra for 1-2 day delivery and still hadn’t received it. They emailed me back straight away apologising and said they’d repack the order and deliver it personally at midday today to which they did including a little freebie for the inconvenience. Really pleased with my order and even more so with the way they have handled it and have gone out of their way to make sure they give 100% customer service. Bought two of the marble burners which are stunning and other things for gifts.
My bank manager is a little disappointed that it’s so close to home��

Visited petal bloom for the first time yesterday, we purchased a black orchid candle and a few different oils and melts. We were so impressed by the warm welcome and brilliant service we received! Not only that the quality of the candle is amazing. Can honestly say it’s just as good if not better than some other scented candles I have that I paid double the price for. Called into this lovely shop today for the 3rd time and I am like a kid in a sweet shop, I want everything! A great place to sit chill out and have some lunch or even just a coffee. Then treat yourself (or in my case my daughter) to the fantastic candles, melts etc that they have in stock. The girls are all lovely and helpful (sometimes a little crazy but that’s what I love about them) and I will definitely be visiting again and again. Amazing, amazing florist! Since choosing petal bloom from day one nothing was ever too much to ask! My wedding bouquets were everything I asked for and more! I requested two bouquets as gifts, and as my mum is a regular in petal bloom and donna has got to know her well, donna made the bouquet with the flowers that she knew my mum loved, this was without any guidance from me! Popped in today to get a couple of boxed gifts. Donna and her mum are so helpful and quickly boxed up two lovely pressies for me. Also patiently listened to me moaning!!
