What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dishes include Ahi Crusted Tuna with Orgainc Orange Ginger dipping sauce & Mini Lobster Grilled Cheese Crostini’s
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have two methods to create the perfect menu, one being the client can select off our standard Sushi and Catering menus or we can build a custom event that works around a specific budget.

What inspired you to start your own business?
As being the Chef / Partner at Pescatore I have at a passion to be in the business to share my culinary passion on a grand stage
