He arranged to come over to see the job and send us a quote in one day. He explained what he was going to do to replace our old shabby felt roof and what our new roof is going to look like so it perfectly matches our new window. It was very helpful as we had no idea what to do with the old one. And after we accepted Heath's quote he managed to fit us in and he replaced it as soon as possible.
