Our dog loves coming to the daycare! She is so excited when she arrives and doesn't want to leave! It's great being able to leave her there and knowing that she's in good hands. My dog came to day care for years. She could be a bit nervous, but loved going to day care to see her dog friends. the staff all fussed her and she loved them. Lots of cool and covered areas for hot days and fun environment for pooches.Cannot explain how much having these guys has benefited mine and my dogs lives over the years, especially as we need to be out of the house sometimes all day, knowing she was having fun and not alone at day care. Always had good grooms here too. Currently trying sessions with behaviourist for a new rescue dog and the advice from first session is really helping me and my dog as had been struggling on the lead and reacting. I would not let any of my animals anywhere near this business. Horrendously rude and aggressive people. For some reason, they think you have to used their services to review them. I can't review the pet care or grooming but I can tell you that this family continue to be persistent in trying to intimidate people. Then I get responses asking about discussing "problems". I've seen this businesses idea of discussion and it is not pleasant. I certainly wouldn't voluntarily engage with this business. More...

Absolutely wonderful. Let’s focus here on what they’re hired to do; pick up our dogs, give them a great day, take care of our dogs, treat them well, and drop them home safely. Do they do all that? Yes! Absolutely yes! We’ve been using them for 2 years and I trust them with my dog and never worry when he’s with them. They’re polite, compassionate, friendly people who know what they’re doing. When he goes off to them I know he’s going to have a wonderful day! I’ve dropped in before and all the dogs are there having a lovely time! This place is amazing! After having it recommended to us whilst out walking the dog by another dog owner who used to take his dog there, we thought we would try it out. After a quick Facebook message to get some information and a helpful reply by the staff, we visited there first on a Saturday as it’s slightly quieter and perfect for a first time nervous dog. The two hour puppy sessions twice a week are fantastic and completely free! After just two sessions we have noticed a huge difference in his confidence towards other dogs. He now wants to engage and play, not back away and panic like previous experiences! We cannot fault this place and will definitely be recommending it to others. Sky my German Sheppard has been going to day care at perfect pets for about 2 years...and she loves it...Richard and the girls are amazing with the dogs. ..worth every penny...she has also stayed at home boarding with Richard while we have been on holiday...I have never had any problems....she gets walked and is very well looked after...I also highly recommend the grooming centre...Excellent!!!! I started bringing my dog hunter to the day care here and at first he was very nervous and would sometimes lash out. A few weeks on and hunter absolutely loves going to the day care.
