My husband and I revived Chris's services as a wedding gift. We didn't know what to expect. It was delicious! Chris contacted us and asked what our diet was and tailored our meal to meet those dietary restrictions. He created a delicious four course meal that was both excellent and interesting. Looking to host a party? Want nothing to do with planning except for having a table for people to sit at? Chris should be your #1 go-to guy if you haven't already called him yet! Working with Chris was easy-breezy. He has a plethora of food options to choose from, and he will work with your budget too.  His dishes are delectable and extremely tasty. He will even give you the recipes when you ask too!! Best of all, he brings ALL OF HIS OWN DISHES, FLATWARE, SERVING WARE, GLASSES!!! Yep. You read it right - ZERO CLEAN UP!! This was my first private chef experience for a group of 6 gals in a historic air bnb location - and he definitely made dinner memorable. If I lived in the area, I would for sure call him for any catering or private dinner event. You really can't go wrong, he is easy to work with (seriously), and he responds well with emails/calls in a timely manner! I hired Chris when searching for an in-home chef that would serve as a nice alternative to a catering service. As the host of an intimate retreat for female entrepreneurs, I wanted to make sure the first night's meal was accommodating for all of my guests and the person cooking could infuse a little entertainment in their approach. Chris was wonderful to work with, from start to finish. Â He had tons of menu options to choose from. Â The hardest part was narrowing down what we wanted! Â Everyone loved the birthday dinner he prepared, and Chris was kind enough to share the recipes with us after! Â We had shrimp and grits (real southern style grits), some delicious appetizer dips including a smoked gouda and a curried lentil, and a beautiful seasonal grilled peach salad. We hired Chris for a small dinner party this past weekend. He was very easy and available to communicate with during the planning phase, and offered us many options and suggestions. Â Chris brings e everything with him, and takes it all away leaving the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. It was so nice to be able to sit and enjoy dinner with guests and not have any stress. I wanted to do something special for my wife's birthday and I'm so happy to have found Chris and Perfect Little Bites. From the very beginning Chris was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, customizing the perfect menu for our evening. He arrived exactly on time and completely prepared. We were absolutely blown away by every dish and loved the attention and passion he applied to each one. He even gave helpful tips for how to recreate them on our own. For my 41st birthday this year, I decided to have an adult dinner party!  I hired Chris to come to our house and with his collaboration we came up with a menu which was FANTASTIC! !!  He nailed it with each and every dish. The 12 of us were left fat and happy from all of the incredible food.  I didn't take pics of all of it but we had french onion soup, crab cakes, beef tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts from heaven followed by...wait for it...Krissy Kreme crème brûlée. To die for!  My most favorite thing besides the deliciousness is he brought every cooking pot, pan, utensil and all serving plates and flatware. I didn't have to clean A THING!  We are in the midst of planning to have Chris do another dinner party a month from now and plan on having him a recurring staple in our house every few months from here on out. I'll be echoing my girl Beth L.'s sentiments, as it was in celebration of her that I got to experience Chef Chris' culinary talents. The food was outstanding, and he was totally chill and gracious enough to put up with a bunch of loud (probably vulgar) ladies delaying dinner much later than we originally planned--you would never have known given the quality of our dishes. As Beth mentioned, that cauliflower soup with bacon, scallions, and ras el hanout was phenomenal and we were all talking about it the rest of the wknd. He also put up with us making him the official photographer for a minute.We loved hearing about how he started his business, and other thoughts and culinary advice he was kind enough to share. Bonus: he brings all the supplies! Dishes, cookware, you name it. He's a one-man show (apparently even if you don't have a stove-top), which is extra baller, especially if you are the type who doesn't cook and still has those gross non-stick $5 pans you bought from Target when you moved away to undergrad (it's time to upgrade, guys--we're official adults now).Hiring a chef for a night was such a genius idea, and I encourage everyone to find an occasion to treat yo' self in that way. What a treat it was to meet Chris the chef at my bachelorette party in Purcellville Virginia this past weekend. I was ecstatic when I found out that we had a personal chef to come and cook dinner for us in the beautiful house we rented. Chris was so awesome and cooked fabulously. One thing that I thought was particularly special was that he was aware of my food specifications. I like to eat low carb and not everyone shares my preferences. Chris tailored his delicious food to me (the guest of honor) while keeping it wonderfully edible for everybody else. I am super thrilled that Chris gave us his talent and time. On to the food specifics: Chris's cauliflower soup was out of control. Everybody was in awe of it. Also, his deviled eggs topped with crabmeat, the pimento cheese dip, and the smoked salmon dip=total favorites. What’s your signature dish?
I like to say that my style is contemporary Mid-Atlantic and Southern with global influences. If I have to pick a dish or two, I'd say that Shrimp & Grits or Maryland-style Crab Cakes would be my signature dish
