First time in this place and I am not going to come back .
I show a picture how a I want the hair cut for my Schnauzer and was in shock when I saw my dog , they just completely shave her, nothing compare with the picture.
And supposedly they cut her nails ,but they left the nails long.
I am unhappy with this place .

I have taken my first dog here for the last 2 and a half years. We now have a second dog and she has been going there since she was just a few weeks old. They practically pull my arm off trying to get through the door. They know who I am when I walk through the door, they know my dogs little quirks and they are always happy and helpful. Love this place! Been bringing both of my fur babies here since January 2018 for the Splash & Go, occasional grooming, and purchase their food there. I have a Standard Poodle � (1yr. old) and a Yorkie (1yr. old) The splash and go is a godsend, what I usually spent for my poodle for one visit PetSmart I’m able to get both of them 4 baths in one month. The whole staff really cares about the dogs and they’re very knowledgeable. My Lala had really bad gastrointestinal problems, I tried the Stella and chewy dog food there and listen to the owner (she’s very knowledgeable) five star-food and my dog has been great ever since, no more vet visits! I took my Yorkie Mia, she tends to be very nervous and anxious, and love it .They were very sensitive to her and catered to her every need. Not to mention I am very picky and she looked beautiful.
