I absolutely loved my experience at Pegasus Clinics, The team was extremely professional, compassionate and friendly. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, in particular Vikesh who I have been seeing for a number of weeks now. Initially presenting with a back injury, and then a following knee injury soon after, I was convinced that I would need surgery again following previous accidents. To my surprise I was relieved of any further clinical procedures and operations through my treatment with the Clinic. My expectations were managed throughout the whole time, with each session being worth the payment and extremely helpful for rehabilitation. After about 2 months since my initial visit, I am back to exercising pain free, with the recommendation of an 'MOT every few months to continue to ensure everything is ok, which I am more than happy to do. I cannot thank you enough for your treatment, advice information and support throughout. I am one seriously happy person and this will not be my last visit for sure.....I couldn't recommend enough. I'm normally quite sceptical about these types of things however Vikesh and the team at Pegasus definitely know their stuff. Strongly recommend visiting them should you get any back injuries, atleast that's what I went in to treat. Due to an urgent need to see someone for what I thought was a trapped nerve, Vikesh was able to see me quickly and establish the true cause of my neck pain. The first time i visited Pegasus clinic was 5 years ago with lower back pain, Root cause usually involving a lot of lifting of small children( Registered childminder). staff are freindly, polite & very Knowledgeable.at the end of the visit i was no longer in pain, still sore, but could walk straight again. He keeps my back , shoulders, neck and legs in check, with Regular scheduled maintance. Excellent, Hobble in with an ache, walk out a new man. I first used Pegasus about 5 years ago, my back always gave me problems , i am a construction worker which involves a lot of Manual work, on the first visit i had a rib that had popped out (not very nice), i was Treated by Naranda, and the affects were immediate. On another occasion i was in absolute pain with tears in my eyes, my back was killing me, i could hardly walk, or stand up, again i received treatment, and the affect was immediate, now i was still sore, but this was from the inflamation of the muscles, but the pinnacle point of the pain had stopped, i could stand up, and walk. within a few days following the Treatment plan that i had been given i was so much better.

Naranda had explained that even though it was my back that had given me problems , the actual root cause had been from my legs. The muscles from your lower back and the back of your legs are connected, being a manual worker, all day every day i was exercising my legs, but not stretching them out regulary enough( a bit like working out, but not stretching or cooling down afterwards) this was causing tight muscles pulling on my lower back. Well he gave me an exercise plan, that i can follow at home using nothing more than the Dinning room table, which i follow 2-3 days a week for 10 mins in the evening, and i have no pain, no missed days off work. I still use pegasus but more for back maintenance a few times a year ,my choice, the feeling of having your back released from being tight with a nice Massage is great.

So there we have it, any fellow construction workers, you know the feeling from doing a days work on your body, so make an appointment its like being Reborn! We have all seen the old boys on site, bent over from years of abuse on the body, dont let that be you.

I have never taken to the internet to write a review before but then I haven't in all my 7 years of back pain come across anyone so skilled as Nari. In the world of hands on soft tissue work he is legendary, I heard about him in a sauna several miles from where he is based by a trainee who said she had never met anyone as skilled during her training. Its a bit of a schlepp for me but I more local therapists have not managed to get on top of my symptoms and are simply not as capable when it comes to manipulations. Nari takes a pride in his work and being good at what he does and I have recommended him to anyone with musculoskeletal problems. More...

I first visited Pegasus Clinics for back pain a few years ago following a recommendation from a friend. I found the staff very welcoming and professional and more importantly the Osteopath was extremely thorough in the examination and promptly identified the cause of the problem and the best treatment. In addition I was given a number of stretches and exercises to do at home to compliment the treatment.
